What is included with my ASTRION BRAVEN timepiece? +
Your timepiece arrives carefully presented in ASTRION BRAVEN packaging, accompanied by its warranty documentation and essential care information.
How can I track my order? +
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive delivery updates and tracking information. You will also be able to review your order from your ASTRION BRAVEN account.
Is my timepiece covered by warranty? +
Every ASTRION BRAVEN timepiece includes a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, and misuse are not covered.
How do I adjust the bracelet to fit my wrist? +
The bracelet can be adjusted easily using the screwdriver included with your timepiece. You may also visit a watchmaker or watch store for a professional adjustment.
Is a screwdriver included in the box? +
Yes. Every timepiece includes a suitable screwdriver for adjusting the bracelet.
What payment method is available on the website? +
Payments are currently completed securely through PayPal during checkout.
Is purchasing through the website secure? +

Can I exchange or return my timepiece? +
Yes. You may exchange your timepiece or request a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. The timepiece must not have been worn or activated, its protective stickers must remain in place, and it must be returned in its original packaging. Contact us through WhatsApp and a support representative will assist you. We can arrange collection by courier, and once the product is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued in accordance with the return policy.
